Aashish has advised multinational corporations, global investors and Government organizations across India and Asia-Pacific on projects involving real estate, business strategy and risk management for over 15 years. In his last role, he was heading the consulting business at Colliers International, with dedicated platforms for developer, occupier and infrastructure consulting. Prior to this, he was Executive Director at Control Risks, a global risk consultancy, advising clients on integrity, security and political risks in India and South Asia. He has also led the Strategic Consulting vertical at Cushman & Wakefield for several years, advising corporate occupiers on portfolio planning, expansion and consolidation strategies as well as an asset acquisition and monetisation transactions. Aashish has experience across asset classes and specialises in development planning, valuations and market intelligence for pre-transaction due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, stressed assets and structured investments. Aashish has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University, a graduate degree in law from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
